The Gekko Members contract is an online contract. This means that when you agree to our terms and conditions during registration you are signing our contract. We do not require a paper-based signature. We do this because we are an online business and believe strongly in reducing the amount of paper the world generates. We hope our little effort makes a difference.

What do I need to know about the contract?
- You are informing Gekko that you are the legal owner of the images and copyright and therefore have the right to sell them on Gekko
- That all information you provide Gekko Images is true and accurate. This includes all information supplied with your iView files during upload such as talent release status etc.
- You acknowledge that you have double checked the image data and licence data on the site before you approve the image.
- You will provide Gekko Images or its agents copies of any talent or property clearance forms that relate to images on the site, which you have uploaded.
- You allow Gekko Images to set the sale price for images that you have uploaded to Gekko for Sale.
- You allow Gekko to use you images for marketing of the Gekko Images system and business
