What is the correct way to send a submission of images on CD or DVD?

All images should be annotated (keyworded and categorised) as completely as possible.
If you are using iView Media Pro you should annotate all the images and include that catalogue on the disc with the images.
If you are using some other application to add the annotations, make separate folders for rights-managed and royalty free images, saving the images in the appropriate folders.
If you have any other special conditions, territory or usage limitations also make seperate folders for these.
Images should be jpg or tiff format @ 300 dpi with Adobe 1998 RGB colour profile
