...Like all good image libraries Gekko Images has a very professional structure, interface and appearance. In addition to this Gekko Images has a very personal feel about it that makes me feel valued as a contributor. The most common question we get from new members is "What images sell." This is a hard question to answer as we never really know what will sell from day to day. Click on the button below to have a look at some of our recent sales. This will show you the diversity of subject matter and images that sells. There are some basic rules that we recommend to help increase you changes of sales. Shoot often and contribute regularly. Shoot all aspects of life as you see it. You should be aiming to contribute between 500 and 1000 per year. Shoot people and get talent releases, shoot technology as new phones come out regularly and images date quickly.

Do I need to have iView Mediapro to contribute to Gekko?
We do not require you to use iView Mediapro to contribute images. You can simply upload images with a browser. However, if you are serious about your photography and about contributing to Gekko on a regular basis we highly recommend that you take a considered look at iView Mediapro. You will thank us! We also provide iView Mediapro training so that you can get uploading quickly - we know how difficult it can be to learn yet another new application but iView combined with our unique uploader is the fastest way to get high resolution print ready files online.
